Tried my hand at steel wool photography - dark surroundings, long exposure (5 sec) with subject spinning lit steel wool (grade oooo). the effect is amazing as the sparks coming off makes 100's of light-trails, and breakup into more when they hit the ground. In post editing the white balance is set to "tungsten" which change the light-trails from orange to a brilliant white. like so;
